It is notable that the design engineer adjusted construction drawings according to my wishes and contractor even allowed outside contractors to do custom work I desired and provided supervision and warranty for their installation. During the construction process I became more confident in the construction work. Even while I was out of Thailand I received regular updates and any requested adjustments to plans were quickly dealt with. Our house was completed earlier thanwe expected. The construction team settled checklist items immediately.
